With live, interactive sessions led by Clare L. Bailey, participants will sharpen critical leadership skills in communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team management.

Program Structure
Bi-weekly, participants will join a 90-minute live session focused on a specific leadership topic—ranging from emotional intelligence and communication to conflict resolution and team building. Each session is interactive and includes real-world tools, frameworks, and opportunities for active learning.
As part of the group experience, participants will have access to a “Hot Seat” segment, where they can bring real workplace challenges to the table for live coaching, feedback, and peer insight.
Between sessions, participants receive 1:1 coaching support to personalize the learning, address role-specific challenges, and drive practical implementation. You’ll also gain access to downloadable templates, reflection exercises, and a private peer community for continued growth and accountability.
